Indeed a difficult topic for someone like me used to the freshness of mountains and not used to sweat and heat, enjoying summer by adapting to a few simple methods and staying positively cool is not very difficult :)
It is mandatory to understand that giving up on physical workouts can not be considered a good option as this can lead to a sedentary life style which can further make your summers worse to tolerate.

- Exercising either early morning or evening is a best option.
- Having a lovely garden in front of your home keeps your surrounding cool.
- Discipline yourself into drinking at least 2 litres of water per day.
- Add fruits and veggies to your diet and reduce food containing carbs and fats.
- A few mudras (yogic disciplines) can also be adapted. E.g: touch the tip of the tongue to the roof of your mouth and inhale. This helps in cooling your body in an instant.
There are many more such tips online to overcome the hot summer. Stay cool and stay positive!!!
