Brinjal Masala

Cabbage Potato Fry
Method: Steam and peel Brinjal (Egg Plant) and mash it well. Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped onions, tomatoes and green chillies saute well, add ginger- garlic paste to the mix and salt (as required). To the mix, add chilli powder (1 tsp) & turmeric powder (1/4 tsp). Garnish with chopped coriander.
Brinjal Masala can be served with steamed rice and Chappathi. Enjoy Cooking :)

Cabbage- Potato Fry: Method
Heat Oil in a pan.
Add mustard and cumin, when it crackles, add sliced onion and red chillies. Add to the pan shredded Cabbage  and cook it covered for a while. When the cabbage is cooked, add long and thin sliced potato and cook it covered for about 5 minutes. Add turmeric and Coriander powder to the mix and add salt as required. Mix everything well and leave it to cook. Later, garnish the mix with grated coconut and chopped coriander. Turn off the stove.
